Seamless prints<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The canvases used for seamless prints are the property of the exhibitor (with the exception of the frame). If you wish to keep the canvas after the event, it must be collected immediately after the end of the final exhibition day. The canvas can be easily removed from the frame by pulling on the small loop at the bottom corner.<\/p>\n

Canvases still in the frames one hour after the end of the final exhibition day will be removed and sent for recycling, and will therefore no longer be available for collection.<\/p>\n

Submitting print files:<\/p>\n

Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email containing a direct link and further information on how to upload the files.<\/p>\n

Printed display panels<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If desired, printed stand panels may be taken away by the exhibitor at the end of the event (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the stand panels away, you must notify the exhibitors\u2019 reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the exhibition. The panels must be collected immediately after the event has ended. Unfortunately, there is no facility for storing the panels.<\/p>\n

If you do not indicate before the end of the first day of the exhibition that you wish to take the stand panels away, they will be recycled immediately after the event.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Other printed materials<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You will receive the specifications for other printed materials, such as All-in Plus banners, printed frieze panels, Easy Eyecatchers prints, counter stickers, etc. after ordering the desired product.<\/p>\n

All banners, printed canvases and panels may, if desired, be taken away by the exhibitor at the end of the event (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the print design with you, you must notify the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the exhibition.<\/p>\n

Prints must be collected immediately after the end of the final day of the exhibition. Dismantling will be carried out by Easyfairs and\/or the relevant supplier. Unfortunately, there is no facility for storing printed materials.<\/p>\n
