nce the early-bird rate has expired, a 30% surcharge applies. Certain products, such as printed materials, can only be ordered during the early-bird period.

Placing additional orders after the online shop has closed is only possible during set-up at the exhibitors’ desk.
Please note:
- A 100% surcharge applies to requests for technical facilities during set-up.
- Only a limited range of products is available during set-up, whilst stocks last.
- Delivery of top-up orders placed via the online shop will always take priority over top-up orders placed during set-up.
Top-up orders can be cancelled up to 15 days before the start of the event. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Printed materials such as seamless prints, printed panels and stickers cannot be cancelled.
Webshop items are hired and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or the suppliers. In the event of damage and/or loss, the costs will be recovered from the exhibitor.
