Join our green team and take action for the future! As an exhibitor at all about automation, you play an essential role in helping to create a sustainable event. Below are some helpful tips to make your participation more sustainable:

Whenever possible, take public transportation or carpool with your colleagues.

Choose a hotel within walking distance and/or one that meets eco-friendly standards.

Consolidate your shipments and, whenever possible, use transportation and logistics companies that employ sustainable practices.

Give preference to local suppliers to support the local economy and reduce transportation.

Give preference to suppliers that adhere to sustainable and responsible principles.

Bring your own reusable water bottle to use our water fountains and help us reduce the use of single-use plastic.

If you serve food at your booth, please choose locally produced and plant-based options and avoid using single-use plastic.

Avoid food waste and order only the amount you need.

Actively participate in the various initiatives and discussions during the event that support the sustainable development of your industry.

Come on foot, by bike, or by public transportation. Do you have to drive? Carpool with colleagues or friends! Have a spare seat? Offer a ride via our carpool page. Bring a reusable water bottle for the trip and at the fair. Staying overnight? Book a hotel nearby.

Use the recycling bins and help keep the event clean. Don’t ask for brochures—simply scan information with your Smart Badge! Save your notes and information digitally. Think about whether you really need giveaways, especially if they aren’t sustainable. Share your contact information via digital business cards or apps—it’s convenient and eco-friendly.
