Admission and stand staff
Below you will find all the key information on access to the event during set-up, dismantling and the exhibition days themselves. Please ensure you are well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand Staff
Register your stand staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage stand – Stand staff – Manage staff). During set-up, you can collect the badges from the exhibitor reception using the barcode.
Catering vouchers
The number of lunch vouchers you receive depends on the size of your stand:
12 m²: 2 lunch vouchers
15–20 m²: 2 lunch vouchers
24–30 m²: 3 lunch vouchers
Do you need extra lunch vouchers? Order them in advance via the webshop or on site at reception.

Parking tickets
All exhibitors will receive two parking tickets per exhibition day, which allow free exit from the car park. Do you need extra parking tickets? Order them in advance via the online shop or on site at the parking ticket machine. The parking tickets and any extra tickets ordered can be collected from the exhibitor reception on the final set-up day and the first day of the exhibition.
Accessibility
By car
Gorinchem junction (A27/A15) towards Nijmegen (A15). Take the Gorinchem-Oost exit (exit 28). Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the dynamic signage.
Parking
There are 2,200 parking spaces around the Evenementenhal Gorinchem, where you can park your vehicle for €10 per day. Are you coming by bike? You’ll also find a free bicycle park in the car park.
Public transport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport. From Gorinchem station, take bus route 387. Get off at the nearest stop, De Griendweg, and it’s just an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
