Stand Decoration
On this page, you’ll find all the information you need about the options for stand decoration at all about automation. This includes branding, furniture, prints and other elements to help you set up your stand in a professional and well-presented manner.
All-in stand
Personalise your stand and make it stand out even more with our upgrade options, such as:

Additional options
Check the webshop or Event Services for options to customise the all-in stand and make it stand out even more. For example:

- If you do not wish to have a frieze, please notify Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) no later than 10 days before the start of the event.
- Removal of the frieze is subject to availability. This depends on the stand size and the types of adjacent stands.
- If the frieze is omitted, the LED spotlights and nameplate will not be provided.
Rules and guidelines for all-inclusive stands
Stand construction
- Screwing, drilling or nailing into the partition walls is not permitted.
- The use of tape on the walls and frames that leaves tape residue or peels off the coating when removed is not permitted.
- In the event of damage to the walls, frames and/or mouldings, a charge of €50.00 per linear metre will be made.
Stand design
- If you are placing stand elements in the all-in stand, you must take the following height restrictions into account:
- Maximum structure height: 2.5 metres.
- Maximum display height for logos and visuals: 3.5 metres.
- Fitting out the all-in stand is only permitted within the boundaries of the rented stand. It is not permitted to place objects in the aisle outside the stand.
- Open sides adjacent to aisles may be closed off by up to 50% to ensure clear sightlines.
Types of stands
Corner stand
- A corner stand has two sides adjacent to an aisle. These sides are open and provide visitors with access to the stand. The other two sides are fitted with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalised.
Island stand
An island stand borders an aisle on one side. This side is open. The other three sides are fitted with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalised.
End stand
An end stand is bordered on three sides by an aisle. These sides are open and provide sightlines into the stand from three directions. The rear wall is fitted with a wall (all-in stand) and can be personalised.
Island stand
An island stand is bordered on all four sides by an aisle and is therefore very open in character. There are various options for customising an island stand
Technical facilities
Electrical supply
Electrical connections can be requested via the online shop. You are not permitted to install your own generator.
- For machines fitted with a frequency converter, an electrical connection for machinery must be requested via the online shop.
- Electrical connections will be switched off after the exhibition closes. If machines require a power supply 24 hours a day, please request night-time electricity via the online shop.
Water
You can request a water supply and/or drainage via the online shop. It is not permitted to use water from the fire hose reels. Stagnant water at the pitch is only permitted if you comply with the regulations on Legionella prevention.
Compressed air
Compressed air can be requested via the webshop. You must connect the machines yourself. The hoses will be laid out during set-up.
Compressed air is available:
From 13:00 on the last day of set-up until 1 hour after closing time on the last day of the exhibition.

Internet/WiFi
We offer wired internet and Wi-Fi via the webshop. Please see the webshop for the various options.
Setting up your own wireless network is not permitted.
If you rely on a stable internet connection, we recommend requesting a wired internet connection rather than Wi-Fi.
