Business Development Manager Device & Field Connectivity
As Business Development Manager Device & Field Connectivity, you will actively contribute to the growth of this market within Weidmüller Benelux. You will map out market developments and customer needs, discover new applications and customers, and translate these into concrete commercial opportunities. In doing so, you will guide complex customer journeys from advice and design-in to implementation, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, technical specialists, and international colleagues. We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional with at least five years of experience in business development or a similar technical-commercial B2B role. You combine commercial drive with technical knowledge and experience in market and pipeline development. A good command of Dutch and English is important; German is a plus. You will have a great deal of freedom to shape your market and commercial approach yourself and contribute directly to our growth in the Benelux.
Field Sales Engineer Central Netherlands
As a Field Sales Engineer for the Central Netherlands region, you are the face of Weidmüller to our customers. You will be on the road frequently, build long-term customer relationships, and translate technical challenges into suitable solutions and commercial opportunities. You will manage your own region and customer portfolio, visit existing and new customers, and work closely with Inside Sales, Technical Support, and Product Management. We are looking for a commercially driven colleague with at least two years of experience in technical sales, account management, or a similar field sales role. You have a technical affinity, take initiative, and feel at home in both acquisition and relationship management. A good command of Dutch and English, as well as a B driver's license, are important. You will be given a lot of freedom and responsibility, a lease car, and plenty of room to further develop yourself within an international technical organization.
Inside Sales Employee
As an Inside Sales Representative at Weidmüller Benelux, you combine customer contact with commercial insight. You maintain and develop customer relationships, identify commercial opportunities, prepare quotations, and actively follow them up. Additionally, you manage the order process and work closely with Field Sales, Customer Service, and other internal departments. Because Inside Sales is a new position within our organization, you will have ample opportunity to contribute ideas regarding the further development and shaping of the role and our commercial processes. We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven colleague with experience in a B2B environment and an affinity for technology. You are a strong communicator, work accurately, and have a good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.
